Sustainability is not a one time things it’s a life style practice. We have to just adapt to it. Buying food from nearby local shops or market is a way to reduce environmental impact. But Growing foods at your doorstep is a best way to welcome sustainable lifestyle to the next level.
Plant a Neem Tree at front of your house. It’s is good anti aging agent and protect our skin from harmful rays and environmental pollution factors.
Then Plant a PapayaTree nearby it. Anti bacterial and Digestive properties makes ourselves to plant it. Leaf of papaya is mostly suggested by doctors for various medications. Papaya has an healing characteristic that balance hormones and regulates menstruation cycles.
