Remembrance Day of Tamil Genocide by Srilankan Army on Innocent Tamil Eelam People

 Remembrance Day of Tamil Genocide is not for the memory of war, it’s the memory of freedom struggle by Tamils for 3 decades ago. It’s a true freedom of rights movement by Tamils against agitating Sinhalese. 






Since the brutal Massacre happened in the land of Eelam, The Tamils all around the world makes it as need of the hour to keep it alive and seeks justice from the international arena. 

Srilankan government ruthlessly imposed Sinhalese Nationlist agenda against Tamils in earlier which created a Facist face for the Srilankan Army. It creates a vivid remembrance for the Tamils in May 17 from 2009. 

Independent Investigation is the only agenda of world Tamils on this day to the United Nations. One day Tamils will make them to listen. 

Last but not least Genocide cannot be tolerated by any means. Expressing solitude to my fellow Tamils and Remembrance Day will continue till we win our rights to our dignity and honour.

Plants to be Planted around our house for Sustainable Living

 Sustainability is not a one time things it’s a life style practice. We have to just adapt to it. Buying food from nearby local shops or market is a way to reduce environmental impact. But Growing foods at your doorstep is a best way to welcome sustainable lifestyle to the next level. 

So are you interested in knowing about sustainable lifestyle and what’s plants to be grown in our doorstep. Let’s me share few tips what the Father of Sustainable Lifestyle Scientist Dr. Nammalvar shared. 

Plant a Neem Tree at front of your house. It’s is good anti aging agent and protect our skin from harmful rays and environmental pollution factors. 

Then Plant a Drumstick Tree nearby it. It’s leaves has enormous amount of nutritional values. Drumsticks itself plays a vital role in traditional cooking. Flower and roots has high diuretic properties. Drumstick soup is my all time favourite yet it is rich in proteins.

Then Plant a PapayaTree nearby it. Anti bacterial and Digestive properties makes ourselves to plant it. Leaf of papaya is mostly suggested by doctors for various medications. Papaya has an healing characteristic that balance hormones and regulates menstruation cycles.

Then Plant a Subabul Tree, it serves a good fooder  for livestock’s in our house. Also it fixes the soil rich in nitrogen. Blessed that I have enough of Subabul tree around my house.

Then Plant a Banana Tree right near the track of your bathroom waste water from house. Since it requires daily water place it where u suggested. Each part of Banana has nutritional values.

 

Then a plant a Coconut Tree near  the track of your kitchen waste water from house. It’s serves a best drink for summer and it removes coconut from monthly grocery budget list. 

Then plant a Lemon tree and Curry leaves in a shade near your house. It’s gives us a good source of vitamins, calcium and potassium. Also prevents bacteria and heals wounds, burns, skin eruption.

Then if u have place plant a Gooseberry tree, its low in calories and fat but rich in nutritions. It controls blood pressure, sugar level, cholesterol and aids weight loss. Make it as snack in your daily routine and you will feel it’s medicinal values.

Then if u have place plant a Custard Apple Tree, it supports immunity and reduce high inflammation. It has anti cancer properties and remains good for digestion. It helps to maintain good vision by fighting against the free radicals. 

Then if u have place plant a Jack fruit and Mango tree. Jack fruit is one of the rare fruits that is rich in B-complex group of vitamins and contains very good amounts of vitamin B6 and colic acid. Mango leaves combats against many diseases and also give as sweets as fruit to taste.

As Nammalvar said, it’s my duty to tell the truth and sow the seeds. Some will germinate quickly as u sow, some will take weeks, some will take months or years. But it will germinate for sure. Corona Virus(Covid 19) 🦠 is declared as a Global Threat by the world health organisation. Developed countries are putting themselves in a business of creating anti virus vaccines for this imminent danger of the world. 

It is an immense duty of all humans in the world to be precautious against this virus by raising our own immune system. Neither we don’t need a high class vaccine for it, Nor it can be done by the things we have in our kitchen.

Burj Khalifa - Pride of Dubai

Burj Khalifa is a Pride of Dubai for its true marvel in Architectural Brilliance. It’s Cloud piercing height and Mesmerising Structure remains interesting aspects in the list. If you already know about this giant tall structure, let’s cross check your views with our fascinating facts. 

Burj Khalifa - Burj means tower in Arabic and Khalifa was named to honour the president of UAE and Ruler of  Abu Dhabi “Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan” who assisted funds for this iconic billion dollar showpiece. Burj Khalifa previous name was Burj Dubai and was changed at the last minute to honour its ruler. 

Dubai is one of the most populous town and also home for world tallest building “Burj Khalifa”. Height of this staggering structure is about 838 metres (2716.5 feet) tall soaring over Dubai. For comparison it’s three times taller than Eiffel Tower and two times taller than Empire State Building. Burj Khalifa can be seen from up to 95 kilometers away.

Burj Khalifa was designed by Adrian Smith(American Architect) in partner at Skidmore Owings & Merill (SOM) an American Architectural, Urban Planning & Engineering Firm. The Design of this building was inspired from the Shape of a Spider Lilly flower. The building was proposed in 2003 but construction work started in 2004 and was completed in 2010. Around 12000 work force were involved in constructing this marvellous structure.

The Total Cost of this 160 stories high Project is about 1.5 Billion Dollars while tower itself cost of around 1 Billion Dollars. The Total Amount of Aluminium used in the tower weighs as mush as five AirBus A380 aircrafts. The Total Amount of Concrete used in the tower weighs as much as 100,000 Elephants. The Exterior of Burj Khalifa is covered by 26000 glass panels each cut in hand individually and designed to withstand the heat. 

Burj Khalifa holds Massive World Record of  “Tallest Building in the world”, “Tallest free standing structure in the world”, “Highest number of stories in the world”, “Highest occupied floor in the world”, “Highest outdoor observation deck in the world”, “Tallest Service Elevator in the world”, “Elevator with Longest Travel Distance in the world”. 

Burj Khalifa needs a supply of 250,000 gallons of water every day and total electricity consumption of the building is equivalent to the electricity consumed by 360,000 bulbs of 100-watt each burning at the same time. The buildings has 12 machines of 13 tons each moving along tracks constructed outside the building. 36 cleaners board these machines to clean the 26,000 reflective windows of the tower.

So much rebar (reinforced steel bars) were used during construction, that if you were to place them all side by side, they’d measure one quarter of the way across the world. Sustainability was extremely important during construction. The gardens are watered using condensation from the air conditioning system. 

On the other hand Burj Khalifa has pleasured nearly 11 years of record as the world’s tallest building, it’s about to get some rivalry from yet another Dubai construction project. In 2013, construction began on the Jeddah Tower, which will tower over the Burj Khalifa by an estimated 236 feet if it ever opens. At first, the project was set to be finished by 2020 but has been plagued by a series of construction setbacks and other issues that have slowed construction progress. At the moment, it’s expected to be completed in 2023, giving the Burj Khalifa a few more years to wear the “World’s Tallest” crown.
